How Does it Work?
We transform your plastic debit/credit card into a stunning, METAL CARD! This works with all Bank Cards, American Express, and other cards.
How does the metal card work?Your EMV chip and magnetic strip is transferred to your new metal card with our patented process.
Is My Card Safe?
At MetalCard Creations, the safety and security of your card is the most important. We pride ourselves on establishing trust while creating special, high-quality cards for our new and long-term clients.
To produce a fully functional custom card, we do require your current card to be sent to us. However, we will never request sensitive information such as your PIN or any personal information.
Before sending us your card, you can maximize your security by sending a zero balance debit card, an inactive card, or temporarily freeze your card while it is being sent to us. Once your custom metal card is completed, we send your old card and your new card back to you. No personal data is stored. Magstrip data is permanently deleted from our systems after being copied to your new card.
We prioritize your peace of mind and safety throughout the entire process.
"Where Does My Card Go?"
Your card will be delivered to our secure, locked PO box at our office. Once received at our office, we process and complete orders on the same day. You will be promptly notified when your card is received, and return tracking information will be sent to you.
"How Secure Is My Information?"
Only two team members have access to handle your card information. Your details are never stored, displayed, or accessed by unauthorized persons. With our SSL-encrypted website and secure transaction process, we ensure the utmost protection of your personal data while it is in our possession.
Note: Your card will not be charged by MetalCard Creations during the customization process. We recommend you temporarily "freeze" or "lock" your card before shipping it to us for added peace of mind.
How Does The Custom Design Process Work?
Any design is possible!
Have an idea or need assistance? You can work with one of our in-house designers for a preview of your custom card.
To place a custom design order, use our interactive card customizer. You’ll have the option to work with a designer and receive a preview of your card before finalizing the order.

Do You Offer Insurance On Cards?
Yes, we offer Card Insurance for an additional 2000 Baht.
What Does Card Insurance Include?

Complimentary Replacements & Upgrades: By choosing Card Insurance, you'll be entitled to up to two free card replacements or upgrades within a two-year period. We’re committed to ensuring your payment experience stays seamless and uninterrupted.

Eligibility: To take advantage of these benefits, simply select the Card Insurance option during your purchase. You can also add Card Insurance up to 14 days after your initial purchase, making it easy to secure your coverage.

Shipping & Handling Fees: For Thailand orders, a 800 Baht shipping and handling fee applies per occurrence. International orders will have a 2000 Baht fee. This cost provides peace of mind for hassle-free service.

Beyond Standard Coverage: Need more than two replacements? We’re still here for you! Additional replacements will be available at an extra cost.

What Is Your Warranty?
We take pride in the quality of our products. At MetalCard Creations, we offer a warranty for the original purchased card in the event of defects, valid for 45 days from the order date.
What Does the Warranty Cover?
Our warranty applies to specific types of defects, including:

Detached Magnetic Strip: If the magnetic strip separates from the metal card.

Nonfunctional EMV Chip or Magstripe: If the chip or magnetic strip stops working and cannot be read by card machines. We ask that you confirm the issue is consistent across different card readers before contacting us.
What Is Not Covered?
Please note, our warranty does not include coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged cards. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer replacements in these cases.
We are committed to your satisfaction and will address any valid warranty claims within the 45-day coverage period.
What if My Bank Re-issues a Debit or Credit Card Due to Possible Fraud?
Rest assured, we've got you covered. If your bank re-issues your debit or credit card within 45 days of receiving your custom card due to suspected fraud at compromised retail locations, we will provide a replacement card. Your peace of mind is our top priority!
How Long Does It Take?
On average, the total turnaround time is 4-6 business days!
We provide you with a FREE priority FedEx or DHL shipping label. Once you ship your card, it will take 2 days to arrive at our facility.
We fulfil your order the SAME DAY as receiving! We drop off your card the same day to FedEx or DHL with an express shipping label.
We specialize in quick service to ensure you are without your card for the least amount of time possible!
What Is The Return Policy?
You have the flexibility to initiate a return within 30 days from the original purchase date. Please note that a deduction of $35 for shipping and handling will apply.
Keep in mind that after the initial 30-day period, all sales become final. We're committed to ensuring your experience meets your expectations and hope to address any concerns promptly.

Where Can I Use My Card?
Good question! While our metal cards are built for elegant transactions, there are a few things to keep in mind for ATM use and certain machines.
ATM Usage:
We don’t recommend using metal cards in ATMs or machines that require full card insertion. The thickness of metal cards may cause issues in some machines, such as difficulty ejecting the card. It's best to use metal cards only in machines where a portion of the card stays exposed for easy retrieval if necessary.
For ATM transactions, you can still use your original plastic card without the EMV chip. ATMs will read the magnetic strip on your plastic card, making it the preferred choice for these situations.
Contactless Solutions:
You can set up your smartphone with contactless payment options like Apple Pay or Samsung Pay for seamless ATM transactions. If you need help with the setup, your bank representative can assist you.
If Your Card Gets Stuck:
If your metal card becomes stuck in a machine, don’t worry. Simply visit your bank branch with proper identification, and they will help retrieve your card.
Functionality Guarantee:
Your new metal card will function anywhere your plastic card does, with the main difference being its metal and not plastic. The EMV chip will be the main function of the metal card.
Unfortunately Tap to Pay will no longer work. The metal card’s EMV chip and mag stripe will be fully functional.
